The mouse is very comfortable and immediately fell naturally into my hand. I don't feel like I'm any less accurate than with a conventional mouse. It still takes an occasional wrist workout and you can't expect miraculous effects on carpal tunnel, but the verticality definitely offers a more natural grip and the hand is less strained with prolonged use. I have a larger hand, so the big top button isn't quite easy to reach, and also the wheel is stiff on the knuckles, putting unnecessary strain on fingers and tendons. The dongle works seamlessly, but over bluetooth the mouse somehow falls asleep after two seconds and does not respond to movement immediately, which is a bit annoying.
