Switching between computers is from the bottom - I keep lifting the mouse
If the receiver is already unified with MX Keys, they could have made a button on the keyboard to switch between computers on the keyboard and mouse at the same time.
Great ergonomics - if you work with a pc daily - it's a must. I don't know about hand pain, tennis elbow, etc.
