The mouse wheel has a flywheel, but it turns too easily. The disadvantage is that with the slightest movement the wheel spins spontaneously and the mouse then scrolls up or down on its own! I probably wouldn't buy it again.
I'm actually quite disappointed. The mouse's mechanical design does not match the price. Large play in the movement of the wheel, it wobbles side to side and the "clacking" of the teeth when rotating is also not precise, but annoyingly loose. The slip plates look like ordinary plastic, not Teflon.
