I was looking for an ergonomically shaped mouse (raised "hump", rubberized edges, thumb rest) where my whole wrist won't lie "flat" on the pad/desk and press on my carpal when I'm "lazy". In the end, the Eternico MS460 fit me (it doesn't have as good a shape and is a bit heavier, but it doesn't have any other shortcomings for me).
