I wanted to upgrade to have a keyboard and mouse in white and the only mouse I had didn't have USB-C yet, so I welcomed USB-C on this new mouse. For starters, to the ignorant person who knows nothing about POWERPLAY, it's a wireless charging functionality so that when you use your mouse wirelessly, you never have to deal with charging the mouse. I just bought the mouse thinking that the POWERPLAY wheel would be included like the G903 mouse I upgraded for (that had it included in the 3K price), but I found out after a few days, that the mouse doesn't charge and after removing the magnetic round cover from the bottom of the mouse, I found out that you either have to swap the POWERPLAY wheel from the old mouse like I did (the old mouse is black) or you have to get it somewhere and I don't even know if you can get it here. Otherwise, if someone doesn't have a POWERPLAY pad https://www.alza.cz/logitech-powerplay-wireless-charging-system-d5002767. htm? o=1, you don't even have to look for the POWERPLAY wheel.

This is my 15th wireless mouse from Logitech. I thought they were all godlike, but this mouse. that's a whole other league. If you're into it, buy it because it's really worth the asking price. I could imagine it with a bluetooth interface and a question mark hanging over the built-in battery, but that is not something that could be considered a fault. This mouse is simply perfect in every way and the price is more than fair. For the money, I definitely recommend it.
A new, higher level of ergonomics (the mouse fit my hand almost instantly).
Better optical sensor and glide surface (the mouse moves better, and senses movement more accurately even on very shiny surfaces)
Pleasant to look at (you can see that it is not a piece of junk for a few bucks).
The buttons are pleasant to press, precise and fast in transferring information (they only really click when I want them to).
Comfortable to hold (shell surface).
The adjustable backlight is just the bomb.
Internal configuration settings memory for five profiles.
Czech localized, clear setup environment G-Hub which serves as a center for setting up all manufacturer's peripherals.
Button for short-term (configurable) DPI change.

So far I'm satisfied, although for the price I don't find it who knows how extra, but I mainly praise the microswitches. If it cost 2500 CZK I would give it full stars.
Battery life, especially with RGB off, lasts a really long time even for a few hours of daily use

The micro switches finally don't double click, which my previous g502 hero mouse started doing after a week.

Unfortunately, new does not always mean better.
The biggest positive is probably the ergonomics and shape of all the side buttons.
Somehow, even after a few days, the mouse glides better on the pad than my old G502 Lightspeed (we'll see for how long).
Nice RGB.

The mouse feels so empty, but lighter.
Avoiding double clicks redeemed by much noisier switches + they have such an annoying mechanical/cheap reverb.
Changing the material on the sides for durability has made the grip of the mouse a lot worse for me, especially on the pinky side.
The switches also feel much harder to press, especially when double-clicking quickly during inventory management, the smoothness went hard to hell.
The design cutout on the bottom right for RGB scratches my palm during certain movements (unbelievable. )
Logitech G Hub (I've had experience with it, it's been working more than not lately, but it's still a cluttered mess).
Absolutely inadequate price 4.000, -; realistically so 3.000, - max.

The G500s still felt better in the hand and had a better button layout, but otherwise this mouse is a technical and aesthetic advance in every way. Besides, there is no need to buy a lighted or wireless one.
Finally switches that don' t do double clicks!
The mouse is an improvement over previous versions in all respects + a slight increase in haptic response.
The new gliders are made of pure Teflon, so they don' t even have any added pigment. They really glide a bit better than the previous version.
Enhanced haptics prevent accidental clicks under the weight of the finger. I suffered for that, so kudos.
It can also be used with a wire and you don' t have to worry about the battery running out.

The non-luminous one was not in stock: -D
Teflon gliders are pure plastic, so they are white on a black mouse. Negligible.
Strangely, the mouse lighting cannot be synchronized with the G915 keyboard, but the same effect can be set.
The size of the flashlight suffers from the low weight of the mouse, so it won' t last very long, 2-4 weeks depending on use.
