Despite the negatives, I am very satisfied with the headphones.
I found and was concerned about microphone quality issues on the Internet, but from personal experience they have already solved this issue.
To help anyone with audio or microphone issues, try changing the Hz settings in either the microphone or headphones in the windows settings.
