Very quiet
It shifts without any problems (so far I haven't had a problem shifting into a different gear than I would like)
It sticks to the table and the lever doesn't get stuck in your hand (unless you have rounded table edges but it can be solved)
If you have rounded edges of the table so when shifting 2, 4, 6 and reverse lever will probably end up in your hand (can be solved by some plates that you put under the lever to be on a flat surface and solved)
It can only connect to a Logitech steering wheel (personally I don't care much but if you have more steering wheels from other brands, I recommend buying another one to connect to more steering wheels)

No instructions included. You won't find out from the included A4 that you need to install some software to get the steering wheel and especially the gear lever to work. There are 2 software on the Logitech website. Again, you won't know at first glance that only one of them is to be installed and which one. Don't install both, the second one installed will disable the first one. My previous Logitech steering wheel didn't need any additional software to work, so this one pretty much "burned me out" in that regard before I got it working. It also took me a while to figure out how to shift into reverse. Again, nothing in the instructions, only where to connect to the steering wheel.
Good product for the money.
