easy setup
it's flashlight powered and it charges both via adapter and usb
quite OK sound and volume
it's good for ad-hoc teleconferences to meeting rooms, etc. they do not have teleconferencing equipment
it works well with Zoom and Gotomeeting and similar services
does not yet have a usb-c connector
with iPhone only as external microphone and speaker via USB, does not support AirPlay (but supports Android / Miracast or whatever it is called). So for Apple maniacs a little reduced usability.
