The crate is otherwise a great option compared to the classic cage crates. The problem arises when you are transporting an animal after an operation and it may, of course, wet itself - there is a hole in the bottom of the crate, which you then widen with wheels. Even the pad you buy for an extra litre won't stop it. It is necessary to have such y pads for changing or for animals. Which in turn does not hold in place. Another minus is that the top part, through which the pet can look out, is practically unsecured. When the cat was curious and still out of medication after the operation, he knocked it out with his head like a battering ram and the door flew off. If it was a dog, for example, you wouldn't block it in any way. And the little cat'll stretch out in no time. What I regret, given the design of the crate, is that you have to buy the strap separately, even the cheap liner inside. Because I can use the plastic handle, but the taller partner can't and a strap would come in handy. Realistically, if you're looking for a better crate where you'll be transporting the animal occasionally, pulling it across the road, this is a great option. Just be aware of the small imperfections that could make your journeys more difficult.
