We've had it for 3 months and it works flawlessly. For a narrow, built-in model, everything fits inside, mainly thanks to the two spacious and convenient drawers. The zero-temperature zone keeps food fresh for an incredibly long time; for our household, this is a leap into the 21st century compared to our previous fridge, which was over 20 years old. The lighting is another thing that used to annoy me in old fridges – if you put a cheese basket near the light, it blocked the light for the rest of the fridge, and you'd practically have to use your phone torch. These new fridges have lighting from all sides for every shelf. Brilliant.

The 2 compressors allow you to switch the freezer into an additional fridge, so if I ever run out of fridge space, I can expand it using the freezer compartment and buy a chest freezer for the utility room instead.

The smart features are debatable; I don't get why a fridge of all things needs an internet connection. But you don't have to set it up if you don't want to. It's useless anyway.
I bought what was in stock in a rush, so I paid extra for the IceMaker, but I don't have a water connection behind the fridge.
By those two cons, I mean that a fridge that cools well would be enough for me, and I find it pointless to cram extra features into it; manufacturers just don't know what to come up with next.
