I'll add my initial experiences here. I've had it for one day, so of course, the question is how it will feel in a month, a year, and beyond. However, my first impression is very positive. Even though a large part of it is plastic, it feels quite high-quality and sturdy. The only thing I'm worried about is the back, where there are these tiny plastic joints that I don't trust so much. The wheels are great, even on laminate flooring, I have no problem at all. It's new, so logically it doesn't squeak, and the swivel is fine too. The chair is perhaps a bit too "adaptive"; basically, you can adjust almost everything. The seat, however, is incredibly comfortable, not to mention the headrest. Hats off, it feels like I'm sitting on a cloud. The seat size – often discussed, I'm 181cm and about 95kg, and for me, the 48cm is absolutely fine. The height can also be adjusted very well, so I probably wouldn't worry whether you're 160cm or 200cm tall. Lumbar support? Brilliant. Of course, it's an electronic component, it might get damaged over time. The "massage"? It's not really a massage :D It's more like the lumbar support moves up and down and gives you a nice stretch. I probably won't use it 10x a day, more like 1-2x, it's very pleasant. Then I think I forgot about the armrests... well... yes, they are "4D", however, they are quite "loose". If there was an option to tighten them a little, I would definitely use it, and they are also relatively short. However, I sit at my PC for 12h+ (work, gaming...) and so far it doesn't seem like it will bother me much, as long as you're not fidgeting 24/7. I also bought the leg rest feature despite its 3.5 rating on Alza, and personally, I can't complain. Yes, 2k – a more expensive bit of fun for what is essentially a plastic item. However, I basically only use the top part, and it's just the right height and very comfortable. It holds firm, doesn't wobble. I'd give that a 4/5. If I were to compare the chair with "regular" chairs, the rating would definitely be 5/5. But if I compare it within its price category of almost 30k, then I would opt for 4.5/5. Thank God for Alza Days. :D So now we'll see what the rating will be after 2, 3, 4 years. PS: recommendation – for assembly instructions, find a step-by-step YT video. The extended warranty is perhaps unnecessary in my opinion. The individual electronic parts can be sourced relatively easily for a good price, and I believe the battery itself is not covered by the ČPP insurance – check this before buying.
