It doesn't have a good quality USB front panel connection, USB tethering (sharing USB connections) doesn't work through it, probably bad cable shielding, or some other problem. Neither via USB-C nor USB-A, via cable directly to MB works for me. It took me quite a while to figure it out.
If it wasn't for the USB connection sharing problem, I would have absolutely nothing to complain about this case !
