After a few weeks of using the LG WashTower WT1210WWF, I have a very positive impression. I have a full-size washer and a large-capacity dryer in one "tower", yet they take up no more space than a single cabinet. Most of all, I appreciate the quiet operation, the smart functions via the ThinQ app and the "Smart Pairing", where the dryer itself knows which program to choose after washing. The AI DD washes gently and laundry is visibly less wrinkled. Drying with a heat pump is economical and fabric-friendly. What held me back a bit was the initial Wi-Fi configuration and the fact that some of the advanced options are mainly available in the app. Also the eco programs are longer, I have solved this by switching the settings when I need to get laundry done quickly. Overall, though, it's a great solution for the apartment: quality, thoughtful and comfortable. I recommend it.

We bought this machine at a discount for 43k. We had it imported and installed by alza. Everything went fine. We tried the buckle on the spot. It worked. We are in a state of stitching and reconstruction. So we didn't have time to try the dryer at all. We tried Susicka 3 weeks after purchase and guess what. It didn't work. Susi but no water flow. I called alza and they automatically gave me the number to LG. After an hour after I called, they told me to disconnect and reconnect from the socket and from the drain. Of course it didn't work. So I called LG for a second hour and they arranged for a technician. After 3 days, the technician came and laughed at my door that I bought the worst thing I could. The reasons are obvious. It's a huge thing, for which according to the manual 2 people are needed for repair and we will literally go crazy when the warranty period expires. After two hours he made a mess in the bathroom and disassembled the whole thing and told us he didn't know what to do and had 30 days to fix it and left. It's been 10 days and he hasn't let me know. I am writing to alza to see if they would be willing to help and replace the buckle with a working piece or refund the money so that we could buy another buckle and dryer at alza. Alza, as a proper trader, doesn't give a damn about us and wants a service report that LG won't give us. And if by some miracle they did, they'd have 30 days to resolve it. So we are simply stuck and we cannot wash and dry for 60 days. I really recommend not to buy!
