The notebook impressed me with its design - rounded all edges, very unconventional look. Very thin and light. Definitely attractive and quite a few colleagues ask me about it when they see it lying on my desk. The workmanship is of very high quality. The sound quality is also good. 4 x speakers is really above standard. It's very loud, if you want. The only thing I miss is the bass component, which would have been achieved with the higher-end Lenovo Yoga 9 series, where a subwoofer is incorporated into the display hinge. A thing I would definitely take. But these models are much more expensive + they are only available with intel processors, which are very powerful, but have much weaker graphics Intel Iris XE- it does not have this AMD 660m. And that was the reason I didn't trade for the 9. What surprised me negatively, however, was the touch layer above Oled. It's just very visible - a fine grid of mini dots. Up close and on a white background, you can just see it. I already have one touchless laptop at home, so the greyish white just hit me in the eyes. But eventually I got used to it and stopped focusing on it. Plus, when your eyes are about 40 cm or more from the display, you just can't see it anymore. In the end, I found a positive in that the white doesn't dazzle me so much and doesn't tire my eyes so much. Which is just a fact. Plus, if you want a touchpad and the ability to flip it into a tablet, you'll just forgive it. But it's probably something I would work on as a manufacturer. In reviews you often read about keyboard lag. When typing, the keyboard just skips characters and it actually happened to me too. It was unbelievable. Fortunately, it was enough to turn on the Lenovo app (Lenovo Vantage) where you can set everything from A to Z and find the hardware update item - the app itself keeps track of the drivers, for which I give a thumbs up. I just updated the Bios version (I think there were two updates) and the problem didn't manifest itself anymore.
Quality of workmanship
Sound quality - 4x speakers surprised, but I would add more bass
Sufficient AMD 6 core processor
For normal work on the net, in excel, etc. makes do with passive cooling, so it turns off the CPU fan - I love that. That's when the laptop can do passive mode and is silent
660m integrated graphics are better than any current Intel integrated graphics. Performance by about 25% on FPS. Tested with 12 core intel 12500h
Great OLED colours + all-round visibility
Included stylus!
convertible to tablet mode
Lightweight, portable, great for travel
Fixed common bug - keyboard lagging (skipping letters) Update bios via Lenovo center
Great Lenovo Center Vantage - a shield that gives you an overview of all HW. You can set up everything here. Even fast charging and under
No pre-installed ballast - only mcafee antivirus and mcafee advisor
really solid stamina- you can probably go all day. Office work lasts I would say around 10 hours
Visible raster touch screen- I was so surprised by this that I was immediately determined to return the laptop. But then I stopped noticing. It is more visible on a white background. If you don't have another laptop with an OLED panel that isn't touchscreen and doesn't have this layer, you probably won't even notice it
I missed the fingerprint reader, but the face unlock is easy to get used to
The version of this laptop with an 8-core processor and much more powerful graphics (about + another 30% FPS) and a 1TB drive was the reason why I eventually returned the laptop and chose the more expensive version. That's it, if that's what it is! There's a difference of 5k, but you won't have to deal with the issue of free space and the graphics can handle everything
I was pleasantly surprised by the laptop. Too bad it doesn't have an ethernet port, but that's to be expected with such a thin body. RAM cannot be upgraded and that is the only reservation I have about the laptop.
I thought about buying it for a long time and it exceeded my expectations
I haven't found any yet.
