Yes, there are 3 sata slots on the MB and yes, there would be room to add two drives. Unfortunately, however, even if you want to sacrifice the DVD drive for another disc, you can't. The connector that takes care of connecting the drive is not usable for the normal interface used with discs. There is also only one other (unfilled) set of sata connectors and power supply that is taken out of the power supply. So the description on the alza is accurate, but somewhat misleading. Anyway, since I got it for about 6k and the goal was definitely not gaming, I'm happy. I kind of knew what I ordered and that's more or less what I got.
Quiet, fast, price
Easy to take apart to add something
3 sata slots in total (one with a DVD drive)
Ability to expand storage (even if only by one additional disk)
Free Sata m.2 Slot for wifi
Nvme can be replaced very easily if needed (not powered by MB)
Add a graphics card to the 75W
4 ram slots
Pcie 4 nvme
8gb ram (1x8gb only)
It's not as expandable as the specs might make it seem
MB is proprietary and could be more extensible
