I switched from a desktop PC to a laptop and I am not disappointed at all, except for the battery life. I must highlight the excellent concept from Intel (processor + graphics), which is quite sufficient for full HD + mux switch. Since I am mainly involved in web development, I appreciate the excellent keyboard.

We had to return the laptop because despite all the updates and system resets, we kept getting a blue screen. But when it worked, we were happy.
Nice picture
Backlit keyboard
Noisier fan at higher loads

I have not experienced a faster CPU in this price range. When working in Windows, the laptop is rapidly more responsive than e.g. Legion with AMD 8840HS. Apparently, it is still true today that Intel simply has the highest performance per core. AMD thus outperforms Intel in synthetic tests, where all cores are involved (which AMD has more) and so the result looks like AMD is leading, but in practice it is not so, because in normal work you simply do not use all the cores. For a snappy, lightning responsive system and fast loading in Win, Intel is simply the best choice. We started taking them into the company in bulk as working machines. Another advantage is the full keyboard, incl. Insert, Delete, etc. I.e. it is not a hybrid, where you also have a full keyboard with NumPad, but some idiot decides to put PgDn, PgUp, Home and End on FN+arrow, but everything here has its dedicated key and so you have these four keys comfortably above NumPad. The separation of the arrow keys from the keyboard is also great. Normally on a 15" ntb with NumPad, these NumPads are slightly smaller (compared to the rest of the keyboard) and therefore unusable. Not in this case. Practically, I haven't known a better complete keyboard (on which you can really type comfortably) than this one, which tends to be on 15" LOQs and Legions. The other 15" can go to hell. If someone who chooses configurations for Czech distribution would let this NTB configure with 80Wh battery (which Lenovo offers in its 15" ntb), it would be a dream laptop. This way you have to reduce the refresh rate, avoid using dedik. gr. k. and reduce Win performance to "Best Endurance" to get to 4h max for normal office work (browser, Teams, outlook, office).
Performance on CPU
A very friendly complete keyboard
Endurance max. 4 hours if you play a lot with optimization (and without using dedicated gr. cards)
300 nits anti-glare IPS is just for indoors. In the sun, these displays are unusable

For (less than ideal) fan curve control you have to use Lenovo Vantage software, which is bloatware full of telemetry and other useless stuff that has nothing to do with controlling power and fan curves. (If there is some error during software installation, it will cause the laptop to lag even with CPU usage around 5%) Without this software, at low temperature the fans pulse rapidly between 0RPM and low. After some use, I reinstalled the whole laptop to get rid of all the garbage software and I recommend this to most who do not use these programs. It's taking up unnecessary space. (only it has the disadvantage that the fan curve is set to the default configuration and also it is practically impossible to use the battery charge limitation to 80%) I don't understand why such a basic thing as the fan curve is not in the BIOS and why it has to depend on some software (Lenovo Vantage) that takes around half a gig on the disk.

With a 60Wh battery, there is more certainty that it will not be a problem on airplanes (where the 100Wh limit is not always, but often)
design
Ray-Tracing (admittedly the graphics performance is similar to RTX 2050/3050, but at this price point it's fine)
The display lid opens without using a second hand
The keyboard is more usable than most mid-range laptops. (it also has normal size arrows)
Touchpad just right
Cooling is sufficient
Low battery life, but a lot of laptops have that
For a somewhat normal fan speed curve you need to use Lenovo Vantage (the fan control curve is very limited)
The speakers are worse than my phone. (but which cheaper laptop doesn't? )
The BIOS interface is pretty sad. (similar to HP) It would be nice to at least have a curve setting for the fans like most gaming motherboards

Lovely design
Lots of plugs
Pre-installed Windows has millions of bugs!
The battery lasts far from the declared time, but a maximum of 1 hour!
The laptop is extremely heavy.
Even in a simple game like Brotato, it is lagging.
