I pre-ordered Lego with a delivery date of 2.7. I assume the Lego was delivered to the warehouse by the supplier and shipped to the customer immediately. Still, I don't understand how during the handling and repacking of the Lego from the shipping boxes into bubble wrap, 3 of the 3 kits ordered got dented. For a customer who builds 3 identical kits (irrelevant). For the collector who builds one set and leaves 2 sets (annoying).
