I have complained 3 times in 9 months, they have always exchanged my device for a new one within the next day without any problems, but the same scenario keeps repeating itself. always after a few uses it shuts off during cooking, you start to smell the burn and that's the end of it. It's my 3rd ryzovar, I've always changed a working one for a better model, but this was a really big oversight. I definitely don't recommend it.
After less than a year of use, I can write that I do not recommend the product and would definitely not buy it again. We were impressed by the design, but that was about it. Irregularly leaks water when cooking and leaks directly into the power connector from the sitez, so every now and then the surge protector blows. Unfortunately bad experience with this product.
