The speaker sounds really nice, but for me it is absolutely unusable. It boasts IP55 resistance, but this is completely lost as soon as you connect the antenna (cable with jack) to the radio. The connector is so badly placed that you have to flip off the big cover to reveal all the connectors and slots. And with the cable attached, of course, it cannot be put back and sticks out senselessly. So outdoor listening to the radio is impossible if there is a risk of water splashing on it. Plus, the connectors are on the bottom, so once you plug something in, you have to turn the speaker on its side or hang it up. I am equally bothered that even at the lowest volume it is quite loud and so indoor listening is also uncomfortable as it cannot be listened to quietly on a desk in the office for example.
