I don't know if I have a defective piece, but I'm returning it because of the extremely bad sound. Everything sounds like in a tin box, no matter the bass, midrange, treble settings.
They're either almost inaudible or extremely loud, nothing in between.

I bought the headphones for running - mainly because they are waterproof, which is quite a miracle for the price (even my 3k AirPods don't have an IP rating). They sound acceptable, no problem with BT connection. They don't fall out when running. I guess the most disappointing thing is that there is no detailed indication of battery status on the case. At that price, I guess there's nothing to worry about.

Relatively easy pairing (I can't compare it to AirPods, but I managed to pair them on the first try without instructions, that's quite an achievement)
Water resistance
The plastic used on the case looks quite cheap
Charging indication is not completely happily resolved - you have no chance to find out the exact state of the battery in the case
