Cleaning tablets at a premium price. What more can I say? If you have a coffee maker that wants them, just buy them, they work.
What annoys me is of course the price, because it's basically just compressed soap powder at an inflated price. Sure, the price is lost in the price of a single coffee, but to ask hundreds of crowns for basically the same thing in the form of dishwasher tablets or washing powder for units of crowns is quite a cheek. I'm not encouraging anyone to put washing powder in their coffee machine, as it's certainly not quite the same in composition, but it's worth thinking about.
Otherwise, I have been using the tablets to my full satisfaction for many years and the coffee machine simply shows the use - the coffee tastes better again. I once had a problem with one pack that the tablets crumbled, but maybe it was just a result of poor storage. I have since consumed two more packs without any further problems
