I was specifically looking for an enamel sheet because I didn't want Teflon, which when it starts to peel (and it always does sooner or later) is a health hazard. Unfortunately, I can't determine what material this sheet is made of, but it's definitely not enamel (it's feather-light and the surface will obviously be prone to scratching). Due to the price, it is unfortunately not worth the time and energy spent on a possible complaint, so I will use it (probably always best with baking paper), however, my rating corresponds to the absolutely MISLEADING AND FALSE DESCRIPTION. ("Note from Alza editors - thank you for the warning and we apologize. We have corrected the error. Have a nice day")

The material is not enamel, so I'm worried about scratching
According to the description on the product only up to 230 °C - I assume that it can actually handle 250 °C, but I was a bit puzzled by this - the second incorrectly stated figure in the product description
