The scratching post is high and adult cats love it. We'll see how long it lasts. The screws and rollers/stones are thick, so hopefully they won't fall apart like the last scraper. The beds are big, but the cats are scared of it because it sags a bit (but should hold up). They can be easily removed otherwise. We have a British and a Maine Coon (approx 4.5kg), they don't spare the scratching post and jump on it at great speed. The scratching post is up to the ceiling so it has higher stability than the lower ones that depend only on the base.
