The product arrived in a box where it was not protected against damage in any way. In the middle of the box, where the ball is on the lid, the cardboard was torn outwards. After release, the ball moved slightly and after turning it, I found that it was screwed in with a plain galvanized screw. Bottom of butternut roughly worked on one side perhaps with a file. And unfortunately from the top side, which is quite visible.
