These radios are in no way childproof, and certainly not from the age of 3 or 6. They fit a grown man just right. I had to return them.

The size of the walkie-talkies corresponds to the size of a normal adult walkie-talkie.
The only thing childish about them is that they are colourful, the picture on the box and nothing more.
Large size and weight for a supposedly children's radio.
The charging adapter gives the impression of an inferior product that burns out as soon as you plug it into the mains (not tested)
