As far as the function is concerned, it works very well and quickly, if you can only eat this and vegetables (you are not hungry after a few days, but your stomach can let you know without solid food). I've used it more than once in my life, it's great when one needs to jumpstart weight loss and set some dietary regularity. But I never use it for a long term, always just to drop some pounds and start moving a lot and introduce a normal diet and its quantity. I wouldn't take it long-term. Mentally, however, it kicks a lot when you lose almost 9 kilos in two weeks with the added movement, but then it takes real discipline to make sure it doesn't come right back. I recommend about 2 - 3 weeks of keto diet and then the good old tried and tested no*it and exercise. As far as comfort eating is concerned, the preparation is fast, precise, no big preparation, the first few doses are okay even in taste, it's something like flavored kefir with such a strange musty aftertaste on the tongue, but after a few days even just the smell of the powder makes me want to puke, so rather try some smaller packs if you will be able to enjoy it continuously.
