I'd been looking for this type of knife for a long time, because my parents have one and it's the best spreading knife I've ever held. Unfortunately, compared to theirs, this one is a really big piece of rubbish made of very thin sheet metal, so it bends. Plus, it has very sharp serrations, so when you're scooping up a spread, it makes a horrible scraping sound against the side of the bowl, and you can't even lick it without cutting your tongue.
