Apparently Jairo Arcila likes to experiment and this coffee is an unusual but all the more interesting experiment. In its production, coffee cherries were macerated together with wine yeast and strawberries and it is evident in absolutely every step of preparation - smelling the bag, grinding, preparation (Hario V60), aroma and taste. After the first sip, the finish is a bit like eating some chocolate with "fruit" - cherries, strawberries, etc. Definitely recommend it for broadening your horizons: )
