It serves a purpose in the water
Easy fastening
Quality terrible
I lifted the dog out of the water by the carrier, the vest crunched and immediately started tearing!

Better quality than I expected. Prettier than the picture. Bold color. Very strong Velcro fasteners under the belly and on the shoulders. Safe. It is also for non-swimmers. It dries quickly and is easy to store. I'm very happy.
Size L fits my larger border collie (26 kg) and can easily handle a larger one
The underbelly straps come off slightly. I sewed them as a precaution for greater safety. But they are sufficient on their own.
