Perfect in one word! It cools you down nicely even on the first setting. And for someone like me who starts sweating just by thinking about it, this is a really amazing gadget. Typically in the morning, on the way to a holiday, packing the last few things, checking the flat, and sweat was pouring down me, I just put this little thing around my neck and turned it on and I wasn't so hot anymore and it got gradually better and better.
