To be honest I was expecting a bit more in this price range, but I guess it's because I have a comparison with the Jabra Elite 75. I bought these JBL headphones because of the 2.4GHz USB-C dongle for PS5 gaming. True, the headphone connection and response in games is excellent, but that's where it ends. As mentioned by foreign reviewers, the headphones do not fit well in the ear and tend to come loose. They don't fall out, but as soon as they relax, the bass disappears, so you have to keep adjusting them and pushing them hard into your ear, which can be painful after a few hours of playing. Out of the box and connected to the PS5 dongle, the headphones have MAX volume. I have to turn the games down to the bare minimum in the game settings. If I want to lower the volume on the handset, double-clicking to lower it by one notch sets the volume to 0 and then I need to tap to raise the volume. Unfortunately there is a large scale, so you need to tap about 10-15 times to get the volume to be around 50%. That's why I prefer to leave the headphones on max. and I turn down the volume on the games themselves. But it's annoying. If I hadn't accidentally thrown away the spare earbuds with the box, I would have returned the headphones and looked for something else. Maybe an older JBL Quantum TWS. They are a bit more expensive, but they have ANC and a different design that might hold better in the ear. The TWS Air earpieces are not round, but oval, and therefore they seem to fall out of the ear.
The responsiveness via the included USB-C dongle is fine for gaming.
You can set up a Music/Gaming profile via the app. For gaming, I guess the response will be increased even more so that sounds have minimal delay (the app says for better Lip Sync).
Comfortable housing and light weight.
Quality microphones.
They don't fit well in the ears.
They are hard to take out of the box - they slide and there is nothing to grab.
Lacks USB-A adapter for PC connection (fongle is usb-c)
The sound in the default state does not impress too much, but at the price level of headphones about OK + can be adjusted in the equalizer.
When connected to the PS5, the headphones are always switched on with max. volume.
Control via touchpads is not ideal. The physical button is missing.
