The burner is detected but cannot recognize the inserted disc. It continually prompts you to insert the disk into the drive, even if the disk is already there.
After two days. when I didn't even use it - I just burned one data CD and the system didn't detect it when I started the laptop and I didn't do anything about it. It doesn't work on the other three PC devices either. Waste of money!
It worked for exactly two days! So money wasted. Unfortunately, I don't have the original packaging for the return. I read somewhere that this cheap burner is made from refurbished parts from an older laptop. Well, my experience would suggest that.
