The hook does not hold in the position shown in the photo, but folds down. I can't even imagine how I would mount the bike on it (holding the hook in position with one hand and mounting the bike with the other? ). So I didn't install the hooks at all and returned them straight away.

The hook is movable, although the dealer writes in the advisory that it is fixed.
It is then harder to handle the wheel placement.
But otherwise the design is hilarious, mounting material included.
