I genuinely thought I was purchasing a new phone on sale – nowhere in the listing was it clearly marked as used. I only realized something was wrong when I picked it up from the Alzabox and saw that the phone had no original box, was covered in visible scratches, and the battery health was already down to 84%. I understand that at this price, the phone might have been used, and maybe it was worth the money – but I did not expect to receive a product in this condition. The description said it was in “good condition”, but this was far from that. I would not have bought it if I had known its true state. I submitted a return request explaining the situation, but it was rejected without any proper explanation. I don’t understand why. I feel misled by the product listing and disappointed by the response to my return request. I kindly ask that Alza reconsider my return – this was not the product I thought I was buying, and I believe that’s a fair reason for a refund.
