I switched from the iPhone SE (2016) - a positive shock perhaps in every way.
Amazing display, 60 Hz is really noticeable especially in applications where you work with text / video (learning languages, reading news).
Battery life with normal use is at least five days.
Bluetooth offers much higher volume when connected to the car stereo - the original SE played some albums quietly even at maximum volume on the car stereo, now the same recordings are very loud even at half volume on the same car stereo.
All applications (incl. system) are fast, stable and optimized to perfection; using the phone is smooth and “fresh“.
Compared to the iPhone SE, the phone can no longer be (comfortably) operated with one hand; but this is not strictly a negative - but a logical tax for a larger display / phone.
The larger size is unusual and takes some getting used to (especially if you' re switching from a smaller phone like me).
