The holder really sticks beautifully to the dashboard.
Charging performance is not great, when running navigation the phone overheats and reports that the charger has been disconnected. I have not had this problem with the cable directly. I have a Sony phone and I have the button on the side, hence the side mount pushes on it and the phone shuts off while driving. The bottom slide doesn't help either, unless it is a centimetre and a half longer, or the holder plate is shorter towards the top. I'll just have to tweak it and glue a rubber ring with a hole of a centimeter and something on the side of the holder. The kind that seals like a faucet. Otherwise as a holder really good, but not for every mobile. Watch out for that!
