It took me a while to install the cooler - it has to snap in already locked. Not click and then lock by turning. It wasn't until I figured it out that I realized the manual was trying to tell me with a picture. I don't understand.
I don't know if it's more the board, but the cooler originally ran at a whopping 3000 rpm even cold. In the Bios/MSI center it could be adjusted to a quarter.
