I decided to use this as an alternative to a fibreglass window screen. So far, I've replaced it on the balcony doors. Getting it into the original frame was a nightmare and you need to find the right technique. However, the result looks very good and seems to be very resistant to cat claws. :) Despite the effort of installation, I highly recommend it.
