So far I have to give 3 stars. Price/performance is fine. The app is fine. Looks good, probably works too. But there is a high failure rate, there is a 4.5% complaint rate on alza. I had 100% failure rate within a week. One unit stopped working at night out of the blue, complaint. Second unit after plugging ok, but the keyboard does not charge as it should, bad contact of the connector - it will probably go to complaint

Despite the many negative reviews, I have to say that it is a good product. A lot of music for the money. Of course, it is a class below professional alarms, but they are at a much different price and if you need trivial security such as entry to the apartment or protection of the cottage, it is quite enough. I can recommend connecting to the same company's wifi socket. The mobile app is not bad at all. In addition to the functions around the alarm, automation rules can be set through it, including things like "when the house is armed, turn off the lights (we use it for the Christmas tree), when it's disarmed, turn on the lights". It's not perfect, it's got some minor flaws, but it serves its purpose. That's why 4 out of 5.
Ease of use
Everything runs on batteries, but the keyboard and base has a rechargeable battery + included charger.
"Night mode" with the possibility to activate only selected sensors.
4 control methods - mobile app, keypad code, RFID chips (2 included), remote control (one included).

Pretty decent mobile app (event history, alarm control, automation settings). You can also activate notifications (status change, alarm, automation event) on your mobile phone.
In addition to time switching, the automation also allows action linked to an alarm event
A large number of connectable modules (smoke detection, water detection, vibration detection, various smart bulbs, sockets, IP cameras,. )
For testing purposes, the alarm sound can be muted so it just announces the notification on your mobile.
Option to add SMS to the base and receive notifications over GSM.
You can only have one code for keypad control. If you want to distinguish who armed / secured the alarm, you have to give RFID chips to everyone (which is the best / easiest option in the end)
If the keyboard is in battery mode without an adapter, it falls asleep to save power. If an event occurs or if you want to make an instruction, you must first wake it up by pressing any key. If you're in a panic and the alarm is blaring behind your back, it's no big deal.
It is possible to set a delay on leaving or entering as with conventional alarms and during this time it is possible to switch on the audible alarm. However, this sound is coming from the base instead of the keyboard, so you have to have the base within earshot of the entrance.

After unpacking, just connect the central unit to the network and connect to its wifi with the mobile phone, the application wizard then prompts the user to enter the password to the home wifi, the device is then switched to it and completes the creation of an account on iGet, verification of phone number, email

In the case of pairing other purchased ones, it's easy to load the QRCode with the app or manually select the type from the list - CAUTION it is possible to scroll through the list, although it doesn't look like it at first glance and it seems that only four device types are supported
"Silent mode", it is possible to set Settings\multiple\siren duration
I set the whole system to silent so as not to disturb anyone, and installed an independent app called Alertify on my mobile phone, which starts a melody on the phone when a message containing the word alarm arrives.
Simple expansion with additional modules - I bought a camera, smoke detectors and several water detectors, which I placed around the risers, basement, etc.
The app can super connect other family members. They just install the iGet app on their mobile, create an account, verify their email and phone, and a QR code is generated on the admin's phone, which their phone and the app just need to read.
The product has exceeded my expectations, it works well without a single failure and with the addition of the camera it is possible to make sure that everything is OK at home and in its surroundings, or warns in time of a burst riser or a fire starting.
It monitors well the movement of people in the premises and is thus also suitable as a first barrier in combination with other security features to help protect property
The two modes "Home" and "Activation", in which the sensors can be included, will then make it possible to monitor an unwanted burst hose even when sleeping or on the lower floors of the house, etc.
By adding sockets, it is then possible to measure the consumption of, for example, a refrigerator and to control the switching on and off of sockets, including timing

the smoke alarm lasts only a few months with a 9V battery and then reports a low battery by triggering the alarm several times a minute, which can't be turned off remotely - a great thing when you're away from home and you're constantly getting texts and screaming apps.
the alarm often just goes off
Absolutely tragic mobile phone software that gets worse and worse with every update. The author is some "noname" Chinese.
hotline help is completely useless, they talk to you like a fool
currently the alarm is not working - after two years of operation the battery in the base has blown and cancelled my wiring to the sockets. the extent of the damage is not yet known to me. I can be glad I didn't burn out.
you cannot start the video recording manually. Only by motion detection, i.e. the outdoor camera is still recording because the movement of trees is enough, the indoor camera is still recording even if the alarm is off and you are moving inside.
