It's not completely flat out of the box, it needs some weighting to get it to flatten out a bit. It's a tax on storage, it would probably be better to have it in a roll. It does what it is supposed to, no electrostatic discharge, the laptop works as it should. I might have done the bracelet differently, I didn't pull it with one hand and it flopped, that didn't suit me but I advised although a bit convoluted.
He's doing what he's supposed to do.
