I charge this with a laptop charger (Lenovo T490 and original 65W USB-C charger) at the same speed with 2 external monitors as without the dock and monitors - as well as this can be run purely from a flashlight (until it apparently runs out)
Display Link support for extended desktop on multiple monitors (I miss listing it here in the specs, as is the manufacturer's great site)
Nothing needed to be installed (true Plug N Play)

Display Port is hard to remove (compared to a monitor), I hope the ports will last
