It really can handle another 2X 4K monitors. E.g. MacBook PRO Touch 13" 2016 total 4X 4K!
Just download the drivers, connect and luxury
Absence of lower resolution than 4K (then only very poor)
Full resolution monitors cannot be set to portrait (resolution is reduced)

Super price (a second charger to keep one in the office + a couple of reducers may cost more)
You need to install a driver (more like a hack) to make it work with macOS. But all docks suffer from this and it's more of a MacOS flaw
