when I compare it with the hyperx cloud 2 hearing aids I have at home so they are nicer and the earpieces are bigger and it can not be compared at all sonically on the hyperx Cloud Alpha is much better clear sound without noise unlike the cloud 2 and I can hear better when playing the steps of the opponents whether the opponent goes message or left all very well heard
And also the bass is much clearer and more powerful I use it together with the sound card hyperx amp USB 7.1 it's more convenient when I have the controller at hand but I don't use 7.1 sound I bought the sound card because I wanted to have a bigger sound controller at hand and connection via usb
the headphones are quite comfortable on the head but they press gently on the ears but just a little bit it's nothing terrible I can play with them for three or four hours without problems I also had Razer tournament headphones with which I had a constant problem with the sound and I also tried MSI gaming headphones they were horrible uncomfortable and sound disaster So I stayed with these hyperx Cloud Alpha If you want to be sure to choose this one but with a sound card hyperx amp USB 7.1
