I received the chair late, which is probably a mistake on Alza's part, but during the assembly process, when I followed the instructions to the last dot, I discovered that the screws anchoring the backrest didn't fit, and subsequently had to buy a replacement. For future purchasers, in the instructions you are supposed to use 2 8*20mm bolts to anchor the backrest, but these bolts will not hold in their intended holes, I recommend buying at least 8*25mm, if not longer.
