Good ventilation, especially 2 entrances if open so you can be in the tent even in the sun
Repair kit
Storage compartments 2x pocket on each side + net and hooks on the ceiling
For a family with 2 small children bedroom size ok, for 4 adults something bigger is needed
Plastic on the ground would be good for the front porch
