The watch is great, but the whole impression is spoiled by the Android app with which it is connected - Huawei Health. The app pushes sports activities in an aggressive way. You can't turn off the goal settings, so the watch constantly sends notifications about how many steps and other movement activities you're missing. I finally managed to turn off these annoying notifications after a painstaking search on the forums, but the app does award medals based on task completion, which cannot be turned off - including the associated notifications. This watch is ideal for someone who likes to be constantly pushed into motion and rewarded with rewards. If you just want them as pure statistics on the number of steps or cycling without further evaluation, they are not ideal. Fortunately, I managed to discover an alternative Android app, Gadgetbridge, which the watch can connect to and which doesn't bother. The price for this, however, is the loss of the ability to install additional apps and watch faces.
