I have no idea how, but I managed to make a scratch in the box on the first day of use. The worst thing about this product is the box magnets. I originally had the Huawei freebuds 3i (approx. 1200 Kč) and the magnets there sound much better than on this one. I have replacement headphones from Alík for 300 CZK and the sound is the same. Pretty big disappointment for me

Well finally a super headphone that fits in your ears, has great sound and lots of gesture and equalizer settings. Absolutely great for rock and metal, where the mids are clear. The bass is decent. I like the hard case will protect the headphones if dropped. For the price in action absolutely no question.

Pretty good headphones, but I wouldn't recommend them at this price. There are a lot of bugs not fixed by engineers that spoil the overall impression of listening and controllability. It is clearly visible that the management succeeded in the development and pushed a not well tuned product to the market. This may be solved with a new firmware in time, but the average ANC and microphone performance in noisier environments is quite essential, not for me at this price.
+ the headphones do not discharge outside the box placed on the table (unless I am not playing)
+ Overall, only ULTRA ANC mode is usable, but you can still hear the engine on the bus and the subway
- absolutely terrible gesture control, headphones do not respond, skip, etc.
- in the subway noise cancellation is not so good. You can still hear the sound of the wagon, braking, etc.
- LDAC protocol is not well optimized, there is choppiness (jumps in music) in areas where there are a lot of people and therefore other Bluetooth connections
- Similarly, when connected to the SMART TV LG, there is choppiness (jumps in music), while the TV is only a few meters away and there are no obstacles in the direction of the headphones
- since some point I could no longer set the ANC level (dynamic, ultra, etc.) on the Huawei P30 PRO. ), but they worked on the headphones so probably a phone fault.
- The "awareness" mod where the intent is to ensure that human speech is heard while at the same time sounds from the street is completely useless. The headphones only let out noise and hum or amplify it.
- If the ANC power is set on the headphones with a gesture it is not transferred to the phone (tested with Huawei P30 PRO) so the phone pal shows a different ANC mod than the real one

Overall, these are great headphones with a nice sound. But the sound is not so nice that it excites. Although the average listener probably does. But I like to be carried away by music, and these headphones just can' t do that. Plus, they hurt my ears a lot, so I keep looking.
