I've been using the watch for a little over 1 month

great accuracy of heart rate measurement (see quantified scientist on youtube, as someone already wrote)
really many sports modes, even useless ones like eSports: D
long battery life
huawei health app is quite clear, good graphs
notifications work well, can view notification history
they don't have automatic brightness, but you can set the brightness to automatically decrease at night, I think from 22:00
measures spo2, VO2 max, stress, not sure how reliable.
sleep measurements cannot be trusted (see quantified scientist on youtube)
custom heart rate zones can be set, for example I set the aerobic zone to 50-70% TFmax, the default is 70%+ I think
you can't set the brightness, but you can set the automatic dimming at night, I think 22:00
a BIG disadvantage for me: when switching on sports mode/sport activities, you cannot use any other functions of the watch, even when pausing the activity, to use other functions you must stop the activity! For example, I wanted to use a timer to track the pauses between sets in the gym, can't.
there is a really large number of dials to choose from, but I like 2. just because a dial is paid for doesn't mean it will be practical or look good
The find phone feature doesn't work, it should probably ring the phone, probably doesn't work because I'm using an iphone

The default displays are not much, you have to buy more. The requirement to store the card including the CVC code cannot be bypassed when purchasing. I solved it by using an eCard.
