Thanks to Google's cut-off from Huawei, getting it to work isn't entirely intuitive, but once you get the hang of it, everything works fine.

Cannot be started and used as a "normal" pedometer watch without first pairing with a mobile phone, for example
Magnetic charging is weak, releasing more often than the stiffness of the included cable would require
It's Huawei, so on Android you need to install Huawei AppGallery first, create an account there, then download the Health app. You cannot create an AppGallery account without a valid phone number
Creating accounts often ends with a security warning, no verification sms, etc. then suddenly it'll go through
Updating the watch itself takes quite a while to transfer over BT
