It lacks nothing essential, but at the same time has nothing extra to offer. It is neither the thinnest, nor the lightest, nor the most powerful. Disappointing for the price.
He's not missing anything crucial
Looks pretty nice at first glance
The GPU is the weakest model Nvidia offers in the 4xxx series. And here it is limited to 55 W, which in my use was already comparable to the 30 W that GPUs are limited to in laptops at half the price.
The laptop is very hot under load, the fan runs frequently (but is quite tolerable). High temperature can also be harmful to the OLED display (e.g. when your laptop is closed and docked).
The sound is tuned more for business calls than music. The voices are good, the rest is not so good. HP can also deliver better speakers.
The touchpad felt like it had a lot of resistance when clicking, as if there was something inside that didn't quite fit.
HP started copying Apple and stopped putting a numeric keypad in higher-end laptops. Unfortunately, the Spectre series hasn't had it for a couple of generations.
Cheap materials. Each piece has a different colour. The touchpad is a completely different color than the chassis, the keyboard also (itself looks very cheap). The stylus is dark grey. In addition, colour perception changes with viewing angle and lighting. It looks different from every view, see photo.
You can only choose between nightfall black or slate blue. Over time, depending on your handling, scuffs can form in the paintwork, revealing the metal underneath. Silver lacquer (which HP offers on laptops at half the price) will hide scratches, dark lacquer will highlight them. Personal experience.

I just bought today (6.6.2025 ) after see big discount .I set up all necessary things and use laptop half of my day., it is very very good for this price. Only negative uncertain working fan . It is not big deal for me , I am glad to have it.
Amazing screen , matte and eye care . Screen is oled anti glare. Consumers please choose OLED anti-glare , never buy OLED glossy . It makes terrible eye pain and headache end of the day.Exactly who use laptop allday
Keyboard very good also special button F functionhas option close and open camera
Loud fan , time to time volume of sound increasing , decreasing even I don’t play game which is necessary use to nvidia graphic card
